On the EP are four instrumental pieces written for guitar, bass, synthesizer, drums, and a 4-piece brass section consisting of two trombones, french horn, and trumpet.
The concept for Logistic Minutia formed while I was living in Athens, Ga and performing with indie jazz/rock artist Dan Nettles of Kenosha Kid. Inspired by the band's compositional detail and genre bending, I began the sketches that would eventually become "Logistic Minutia". These initial ideas continued to morph and develop after I moved to New York City and began performing extensively in its vibrant contemporary classical and indie rock scenes. As a result, Logistic Minutia exhibits a strong rock foundation with classical and jazz overtones.
